These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website realytics.com.br, owned by REALYTICS CONSULTORIA EM INTELIGÊNCIA DE NEGOCIO LTDA, CNPJ 31.289.439/0001-00 (“Realytics”). By browsing the Site, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is institutional and informational: it presents Realytics, its data intelligence solutions for retail and its contact channels. Contracting and use of the platform are governed by a specific agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for people over 18 and for professionals acting on behalf of companies. By submitting information, you declare that the data you provide is true and up to date and that you are authorized to represent the company indicated, where applicable.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. It is prohibited to:

Engage in acts that violate Brazilian law or third-party rights;
Attempt to access restricted areas, systems or data without authorization;
Introduce viruses, malware or any code that may damage or overload the Site;
